Nicolás joined Barbosa Abogados in 2025. He has vast experience in NGOs. He is founder and president of “Ayuda a Pueblos Originarios” which is a non-profit organization of volunteer professionals who work for collective causes for the common good and promote non-partisan initiatives, with resources limited to voluntary contributions from citizens. They do not receive subsidies or economic contributions from the state or political parties specifically. Nicolás has provided pro-bono advice to the members of his NGO in the different areas of law to help them with day-to-day issues and their needs. Nicolás currently advises corporate clients on civil, commercial and consumer law matters
Nicolás holds a degree in journalism from the Instituto Superior de Periodismo Buenos Aires, 2004; and a law degree from the Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21 School of Law, 2022. He is a legal advisor for I.E.S.D (International Experts on Sustainable Development) Buenos Aires.
